Quick Solutions & FAQs

How do I connect the ClimbFit App to my wall controller?

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Open the ClimbFit App, tap the wall icon in the top right corner, and select your wall ID from the list. Connection establishes in under 30 milliseconds. If pairing for the first time, make sure you are within 10 meters of the wall chassis.

Can the ClimbFit board be operated without an internet connection?

Yes. All preloaded routes, benchmark problems, and interactive games are cached locally on your device and the wall controller. You can run training sessions and school PE classes 100% offline. Logs sync automatically whenever an internet connection is re-established.

What should I do if an individual hold LED does not light up?

Our RGB LEDs operate on a fault-tolerant parallel circuit, meaning if one hold LED encounters an issue, the remaining 200+ holds continue functioning normally. To inspect the hold, unscrew the M10 bolt, inspect the moisture-sealed plug connector behind the panel, and reseat it. If a hold needs replacement, contact us for an instant spare under warranty.

How often should wall bolts and holds be inspected?

For commercial gyms and school facilities with daily usage, we recommend a visual safety check weekly and a hold torque check (35–40 Nm) once a month. Our turnkey maintenance service can also schedule periodic on-site inspections.

How can I download the ClimbFit mobile app?

The ClimbFit companion app is available for iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android. Visit our Mobile App page to view all feature sets and installation guides.
